What we collect
When you submit the quote form, we collect: your name, email, phone (optional), event type, approximate date (and whether it's flexible), location, expected crowd size, hours of hire, and any details you share in the message field. That's it.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry with a quote. We don't add you to a marketing list, and we don't pass your details to anyone outside our team.
Where it lives
The form on this site posts directly to our Cloudflare Pages function, which sends the enquiry by email via Resend (a transactional email provider). The submission isn't stored in a third-party database. Resend's privacy practices are at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
How long we keep it
Until your event is done and dusted, plus a reasonable period after for follow-ups and accounting. If you'd like your details removed sooner, email us at admin@teeoffsimhire.com.au and we'll take care of it.
Your rights
You can ask us what we have on you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop processing it. Email us at admin@teeoffsimhire.com.au and we'll respond inside 30 days.
Cookies & analytics
We don't run cookies or third-party analytics on this site at the time of writing. If we add them later, this page will be updated and you'll be told before any tracker fires.
